These terms apply to the StatusPay app and website. You accept them, together with our Privacy Policyand the Campaign Rules below, when you create an account. This page shows Terms & Conditions v1.1 and Campaign Rules v1.1.
Terms & Conditions v1.1
StatusPay is a controlled pilot marketplace. Test credit has no cash value, is not withdrawable, and does not create a payment, payout, or bank relationship. Users must provide accurate account information, keep access credentials private, follow applicable law and platform rules, and respect intellectual-property and privacy rights.
Campaign approval and reward decisions are pilot controls: evidence is checked by automated verification checks (posting-code match, timing, duplicate and reuse detection) and by human review. Automated checks may accept a post provisionally, hold it for a review window, refer it to a reviewer, or reject it; a human reviewer can override any automated result, and StatusPay may re-check evidence later.
Participation does not guarantee placement, reward, reach, sales, or results. StatusPay may suspend pilot access for safety, fraud, policy, or operational reasons. Liability is limited to the pilot service to the extent permitted by law.
Campaign Rules v1.1
Publishers post manually to their own WhatsApp Status or Telegram; StatusPay never posts, messages, or acts on a publisher's account, and no auto-posting is available. Each campaign issues a one-time verification code that must appear as text in the post.
Posts made before the code was issued or after the campaign window closes, posts that reuse another publisher's media, duplicate submissions, and codes belonging to another participant are not counted and may trigger review or suspension. Publishers who turn on WhatsApp Status verification must use their own number and keep the StatusPay verification number as a mutual contact for it to work.
Advertisers must use lawful, accurate creative and destinations, respect platform rules, and must not represent test-credit funding as real payment. Political or public-interest campaign material requires lawful authorization, clear responsibility, and any required disclosures. StatusPay may reject, pause, or remove campaigns that breach these rules.
